Ottie Evelyn Giles Copenhaver

Ottie Evelyn Giles Copenhaver was born May 16, 1924 in Exeter Virginia to Ella Mae Giles and Otto Giles. She was predeceased by her husband Charles Andrew Copenhaver Sr. who passed away on Feb. 22 1994 also her Son Charles A. Copenhaver Jr. on April 21, 2009. She Passed away sleeping peacefully Saturday December 19, 2015 at the home of her Daughter Evelyn G. Jones (E.G.) and son- in- law Al Jones of Miccosukee Fl. She lived there for the past five and a half years. She is also survived by Son Tam Giles Copenhaver and his wife Linda Copenhaver of St Augustine, FL.; grandchildren Nikki Hall, Danielle Hall-Richardson (Matt), Jessica Jones, Ashley Hartley (Corey), Chloe Copenhaver, Christopher Copenhaver, Robert C. Copenhaver (Jessica) and Octavia Copenhaver. One great grandchild, Danny River Richardson.She is survived Mr. Woody her faithful companion and protector all 7 lbs. She was a homemaker and worked at Lindys Chicken for over 20 years. She was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother/great grandmother. She lived in Tallahassee since 1968 until moving in with her daughter. The family will receive friends at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, 700 Timberlane Road Tallahassee, on Wednesday December 23, 2015 at 12:30pm and the funeral service will follow at 1pm.
