Patricia Ann Chatwood

Born in Pueblo, Colorado on September 1, 1943 to Walter Francis Jacobs and Ann Rose Jacobs (Margison). Pat will be remembered for her warmth, strength and compassion for others. She dedicated her life to her family, always there for them with a loving, listening ear and a warm embrace. She loved spending time with her family, cooking, crocheting, working on puzzles, Zen coloring, crossword puzzles and playing games on her iPad.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents Walter and Ann, and her sister Diane Jacobs (Samples). She is survived by her siblings Tina Williams and Dennis Jacobs; children, Susan (Kurt) Koetz and Thomas (Tracy) Chatwood; grandchildren Kaitlyn (Dillon) Geradine, Sierra and Spencer Chatwood; great-grandchild, Mackenzie Geradine and many treasured Nieces and Nephews.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff at the Big Bend Hospice First Commerce Center for Compassionate Care for the loving care she received in her final days.

Pat’s Celebration of Life will be held at a future date in Pueblo, Colorado.
