Patsye Flowers

Patsye worked as an L.P.N. at Tallahassee Memorial Regional Medical Center for 36 years before retiring in February of 2004.

She is survived by three devoted daughters and son-in-laws: Vycki and Martin Boone of Crawfordville, Tonia and Mike Wellborn of Santa Rosa Beach, and Erin and Gregory Juszczyk of Crawfordville; her loving “furry daughter” Gigi; and her step-daughter Teresa Blount. Her main joy in life came from being a wonderful Nana to six grandchildren: Mitch and Zac Boone, Billy and Maygan Bennett, Owen Wellborn, and Carson Juszczyk.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis “Chuck” Flowers, her parents, James and Bula Sherrod, her brother, Danny Sherrod, and her sister, Carolyn Sherrod.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, May 28 from 6pm-8pm at Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home 1737 Riggins Road. Her funeral will be held Sunday, May 29 at 2pm at Crawfordville United Methodist Church 176 Ochlockonee Street, Crawfordville. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Big Bend Hospice 1723 Mahan Center Blvd. Tallahassee, FL 32308.
