Peter “Pete” Shafer, 46, of Tallahassee passed away September 27, 2016. Pete was born November 9, 1969 in Columbus, Ohio. He was a lifelong Buckeye fan. When not out golfing, Pete could be found cooking. Bar-be-que was his specialty and he even made his own BBQ sauces.
Pete is survived by his mother, Carolyn White of Tallahassee; daughter, Cassie of Tallahassee; son Raymond “Buddy” of Newark, Ohio; and two sisters, Sharon Wine of Columbus, Ohio and Terri Massey of Miami, Florida.
