She was preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Davis, her brother, Tony Smith, and her grandson, Dustin Zane Peek.
Phyllis is survived by her children, Jerry Peek, Jr (Pam), Andy Peek, Vickie Jean Davis, Diane Mercier (Bryce), Rocky J. Davis (Valerie), Rhonda Kay Johnson, and Tina Joyce Davis and her brother, Farris Howard.
She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild and a host of other relatives.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, November 12 at 11am at Roselawn Cemetery with Pastor Bryce Mercier officiating.
Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
