Pierre Chicoine, 67, of Tallahassee died Friday (6/3) at his home. A native of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, he moved to Miami in 1982 and then to New Port Richie. In 2001 he moved from New Port Richie to Tallahassee. Pierre enjoyed fixing things and would work on anything from an automobile to buildings. He was a self-employed and spent most of his career in home improvement. He enjoyed spending his “free” time with his family and cooking. Pierre was Catholic by faith.
Survivors include his wife: Michelle; daughter: Elaine (Lloyd) Owens of Tallahassee; son: Martin of Monticello; four grandchildren: Kerri (Rafael Petrone), Casey, Marty, Mina; one great-granddaughter: Caroline.
