

Richard Eugene Corsale died Sunday, May 26, 2019 in Tallahassee, Florida after a long fight with cancer and related illnesses. Richard’s celebration of life will be on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 3 PM at Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home on Riggins Road in Tallahassee.
Richard was born on July 31, 1975 in Youngstown, Ohio to Sue Anne Dunne and Eugene Richard Corsale. He was predeceased by his parents—his mother in 2012 and his father in 2014. Richard’s is survived by his younger sister Jennifer Corsale Chester of Jacksonville, Florida, alongside her husband Adam and their daughter Reagan. As well as his devoted and loving care givers Irma Daleen and Steve Crapo.
In 1980, his parents moved to Florida where Richard thereafter remained. After moving to Tallahassee, Richard went to Sail High School and later attended Keiser College. Although he enjoyed multiple occupations, he eventually found his niche in computer networking and programming. He excelled in writing software, and co-founded NXUS Networking Inc., an internet service provider. Richard was a consultant in IT and software development for many dot coms and start-ups.
Intelligent, full of contradiction and generous. Richard was larger than life and always on the search of new adventures. He was a good friend to many as he had a talent for connecting and relating to those of all personalities and walks of life.
His hobbies included golfing and tennis, as well as playing poker, pool and video games. Before his illness, he was working on obtaining a pilot’s license. He had a deep love for animals, especially his two dogs, Java and Daisy.
Richard will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
