To Richard's daughters, Susan, Trina, Mindy and Stacy. On behalf of the 11th Armored Cavalry Reigiment's veterans of Vietnam and Cambodia please accept our condolences. Your father, Richard Kramer served proudly as a platoon leader and Troop Commander in the 11th Cavalry in Vietnam in 1969 and 1970. An honorable and respected oficer, it was our privilege to have him in the ranks of the Legendary Blackhorse Regiment. Our loss is that of another brother down who we respectfully salute this day. We will continue to actively honor his memory at our gatherings and in our newsletter, Thunder Run. He has been listed on the Honor Roll of our honored dead. But as the Mass liturgy for the burial of the dead clearly states: "... his life has not ended, merely changed," As we were together then (In Vietnam) we will be together again in the life hereafter, enfolded in the arms of our Merciful Father.

Please let us know of the date of his burial at Arlington.
