Everybody loved Bob.  He was a wonderful human being.  It was a privelege to be within his sphere of influence in my WIC career.  My deepest sympathy to his family and all those who loved him.

I met Bob while working at DOH. He always had a smile on his face and was such a caring person. After retirement, I kept up with him through FB. Loved his beautiful posts. He will be truly missed.

I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a dear friend of mine back in the 70's. May God be with his family during this sad time.

I am so saddened to read about Bob passing away. We both grew up in the North Shore area of Jacksonville and were in Cub Scouts together. He was a fine person and always a gentleman. Rest in peace Bob.

I was deeply saddened to learn that Bob had passed away.  He was always so kind and helpful in the 27 years I've worked with him in the Florida WIC Program. Know that there are no words to say to help.  Bob is with his mom and dad, Gladys and Jack.  That is how I have always pictured them ,the three together.  God be with all of his earthly family and provide you with a peace that knows no understanding.

I was blessed to work with him since I started my job with the Florida WIC Program as a WIC director in St Lucie over 29 years ago.  He was always so kind, helpful, funny and pleasant. Although it's been awhile since I worked with the WIC program, I will never forget Bob Langley. He was so kind. Each time I called him in the fiscal department--he answered all of my questions with good humor and good sense. The world was truly a better place because he was in it. My condolences to his friends and family.
