

Rodolfo S. Flores, 95, retired, of Tallahassee, FL, passed away peacefully with family at his side on May 15, 2025. Born in Santiago, Chile on May 3, 1930, Rodolfo immigrated to the United States in June of 1960 with his beloved wife Ana, daughter Bernardita, 2, and son Rodolfo, 4. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport, CT in 1967, and went on to have a successful career in corporate accounting, working for Pitney Bowes, Xerox, and Simmons, among others. Rodolfo enjoyed traveling, visiting his native Chile several times over the years to see friends and family. He was a devout Catholic, and family was always his priority.
Rodolfo was preceded in death by his wife Ana, who died in February of 2019; his mother, Maria Luisa Retamal, father, Guillermo Flores San Martin, sisters Natalia and Maria, and brothers Victor and Gustavo.
He is survived by his daughter Bernardita, son in-law Dan, granddaughter Lauren, son Rodolfo, daughter in-law Tara, grandchildren Kelley and Corey, and great-grandchildren Vincent, Daniel, and Donovan.
A private Mass of Catholic burial and interment of ashes ceremony will be scheduled in the near future. His ashes will be interred next to those of Ana.
