Rosalind Simmons "Pat" Brill, 86, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2013.
She was born in Boston, MA, and made Tallahassee her home since 1962. Rosalind was a homemaker, something she excelled at. She could tell such good short stories, and had the ability to make friends easily. Her cooking skills were unmatched, especially baking. Rosalind could play a mean game of War (cards). Most importantly, she was a loving and nurturing mother and grandmother, always there for her family.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 am Sunday, May 19, 2013, in Temple Israel, 2215 Mahan Drive, with interment to follow in Oakland Cemetery.
She is survived by her children, Jarin Brill (Jannette), Dennis Brill ( Linda), Linda Johnson and Nancy Cribbs; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerome in 2010.
Memorials may be made in her memory to the Leon Tallahassee Animal Service Center or to Temple Israel.
