

Survivors include his children Debbie Hough Keeling (Joe), Bubba Hough, Phyllis Hough Cromer (Bruce) and James Hough (Selina), and his Grandchildren,, Jason Hough, Erin Keeling, Brittany Cromer, Chelsey Hough, Andy, Carson and Dakota Hough.
He was a devout Christian who witnessed and lived by “The Book” every day of his life. He studied the Bible and quoted scripture often. He served the Lord in many ways, and enjoyed his time serving as a Lay Minister spreading His Word. He was a good speaker and storyteller who loved a captive audience. He liked sharing stories of his youth and was very proud of his hard work and success at a young age. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Corp., became a self-employed businessman, most well-known as an auctioneer. He loved his family and also loved his church family at Tallahassee Heights United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Otto Burnell Hough, Jr, and his wife of 61 years, Betty Lou. We can all take comfort in knowing that he is where he wanted to be, in Heaven, reunited with his High School sweetheart once again.
In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Tallahassee Heights United Methodist Church Pastor’s Fund or Gideons International.
Visitation will be today (Tuesday) February 15 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home 1737 Riggins Road (850) 877-8191. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. from Tallahassee Heights UMC 3004 Mahan Dr. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home in Tallahassee, Florida.
