Stephen was born in Benton Harbor, MI had lived in Orlando and made Tallahassee his home for the past 18 years. He retired in January from Sogeti Technology Solutions.
Stephen is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sharon Ann, three daughters; Shannon Marie Crawford, Christine Elaine Snyder (Richard), and Suzanne Maria Marrotte (Michael), two brothers, Kevin and David Luhrs, a sister, Patricia Dodson and 7 grandchildren, Richard James, Summer Rose, Holly Christine, Daniel Stephen, Chloe Christine, Dylan Marcus and Valerie Marion.
Arrangements under the direction of Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Tallahassee, FL.
