William Alexander Ashe, Sr.

William A Ashe, Sr. was born January 13, 1943 in Key West, Florida. He graduated from Douglas High School in 1962 and served in the United States Air Force for 4 years. He retired from the Naval Air Station Fire Department based in Key West Florida.

William was servant of Jehovah and believed in the resurrection. We look forward to the time when sickness and death will gone from the earth by means of God’s Kingdom and William will join others who will enjoy life forever on a paradise earth.

He was a kind and gentle man who loved his family. William loved spending time with his children and grandchildren, who loved him dearly. He loved listening to smooth jazz and watching moves. He enjoyed working with his hands and could fix almost anything. William enjoyed collecting vintage fire trucks.

He is survived by his loving wife, Corvetta D Ashe. He was proceeded in death by his parents, William and Elizabeth Ashe. He leaves to mourn his death, his children, William A Ashe Jr. (Tonya), Jarrad C Ashe, Aaron S Ashe and Andrea R Ashe. His brother and sisters: Ellison Ashe (Barbara), Richard Ashe (Rose), Evelyn Whiteside (David), Althenia Storr (Roger), Theresa Rush (William) (both deceased) and Donna Lopez (Calvin).

Also left to mourn his passing are numerous grandchildren, relatives and friends.
