Bill was born in Evergreen Park, IL and later moved with his family to Dunnellon, Florida where he lived until he went to college. He graduated with a Computer Science degree from the University of West Florida in Pensacola. He then moved to Tallahassee where he worked for the State of Florida as a Database Analyst for 38 years. Bill was an avid NASCAR fan and loved to travel with family and friends. He always had a smile on his face and a helping hand for anyone who needed it.
Bill is survived by his wife Lesley of 41 years; son Dale (Agata); daughter Megan; brother Ray Biederman (Diane); sister Shirley Olsen; grand-kitties; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and very close family friends who will all miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his father Raymond Orville Biederman and mother Dorothy Evelyn Johnson Biederman.
