Born in Watertown, FL, just outside of Lake City. At a young age “Bill” entered the military and served proudly. He worked at Kennedy Space Center on the Space Shuttles before retiring from the military. He is preceded in death by his son David Greene. He has been a long time resident of Monticello, FL and married to Mary Greene for 23 years.
In addition to his wife, Mary, he is survived by two sons Mark (Christina) and Kenny (Stella), and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was a long standing member of New Hope Church of God and Lifetime member of the VFW. He enjoyed retired life sitting back relaxing and eating little Debbie raisin cream pies. He was loved by everyone who meet him and will be missed by everyone who he has left behind.
