William C. “Bill” Kimberl, III, age 79 of Tallahassee, Florida passed away on May 23, 2021 after a lengthy illness. He was born in Pensacola, FL to William C. Kimberl, Jr. and Mary Huggins Kimberl. He was an avid reader, solver of crosswords, and fan of the FSU Seminoles. He lived in Texas, Alabama, and Georgia, settling in Tallahassee, Florida and retiring from the United States Postal Service.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents, sister Mary Ann Bell, and grandson Bobby Presnell. He is survived by his brother John (Suzanne), sons William C. Kimberl IV (Melanie) and Darin Kimberl (Polani), daughters Kimberly Kirby (Rick) and Johanna Kimberl, grandchildren: Bill Kimberl V (Renée), Kristen Kimberl, Jordan Kimberl (Taylor), Logan Saunders, Wesley Saunders, Darin Kimberl II (Mae), Leilani Kimberl, and 5 great-grandchildren.
In keeping with his wishes, no formal services will be held.
