Willie Gray Marcom Jr.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Willie (Bill) G. Marcom, Jr., after a courageous battle with cancer. Bill was born in Raleigh, NC on 2/15/1951 to Margaret and Willie Marcom, Sr.. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Karen. He also leaves behind his brother, Tony Marcom; sister-in-law, Renee Miller (Nick); brothers-in-law, David Weissman (Rosy) and Randy Splane (Amy); nephews, Matthew Marcom (Krista) and Clint Miller; nieces, Nicole Yates (Stephen), Jennifer Denny (James) and Jessica Weissman, great-nephews and nieces and 42 first cousins. He is also survived by his beloved labrador, Jessie.

Bill loved golf and enjoyed many years playing at the Golden Eagle Country Club with his friends. There will be a memorial service on 9/19/26 limited to family, followed by a Celebration of Life with family and close friends. Bill will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
