Born July 27, 1951 in Tallahassee, FL; he was the son of Woodrow and Evelyn Sapp. Chuck was a 1969 graduate of James S. Rickards High School.
He is survived by his daughter, Allison Nichole "Nikkie" Parker and her husband Rick. Two sons; Bryan Scott Sapp and Seth Alexander Sapp; and two grandsons, Christopher Blake Willis and Ryan Weldon Parker, all of Tallahassee. He is also survived by his sister, Imogene Reeves and her husband, Lawrence; his brother, Broward Sapp and his wife, Carmen.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow Sapp Sr. and Evelyn Louise Sapp.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 23rd, at New Hope Christian Center, 2725 FL/ GA Hwy. in Havana, Florida.
