Dear beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Loved by his family and adored by his greatgrandchildren, Alejandro Rodriguez, was a family man at heart first and foremost. Having made several sacrifices throughout his life, he always made sure that those he loved were taken care of. Born in Puerto Rico and a proud American, he was proud to serve this country during two different wars, Vietnam and Korea. During both wars, he felt protect by our Lord and he knew he had a higher calling.
After serving in both wars, he moved from Puerto Rico to Broward County, Florida. With his desire to help those in need, he became a translator for the Broward Sheriff’s Office. Deep down though, he knew his mission in life was to serve God. This led him to dedicate the rest of life to serving him and helping those in need. He worked as a Pastor and a minister for Hosanna International for many years even leading his own congregation for some time. When he met his wife in Florida, he then worked tirelessly to help the rest of her family migrate to the United States.
As our family grew, his role also grew. He was promoted to grandfather and then great-grandfather. His dedication to his family will never be forgotten. Alejandro always trusted in God.
May his memory be a blessing.
