He lived in Trinidad and Tobago near the ocean and moved to New York at the age of 37. He held various jobs, which included working as a cab driver, warehouse clerk, and as a professional in the gift of gab as he was social with anyone he crossed paths with. He enjoyed many hobbies, including being a master of All Fours and a John Wayne enthusiast, watching cricket and boxing, fishing, and cooking pelau. He always wanted everyone around him to have a full stomach and to be filled with joy. His positive energy filled every room and raised everyone’s spirits.
He was survived by his devoted wife Angela, four children (Wendell, Wayne, Pamela “Yvette,” Joel), his children-in-law (Bryan, Dawn, Joyce), six grandchildren (Joseph, Victoria, Amanda, Jaime, Alex, Megan), two great-grandchildren (Nailah, Jaicee), furry great-grandchildren (Treasure, Kit Kat, Parsley, Eevee), and numerous other relatives/friends.
