Cedric attended Franklin Town Primary School, and then Vauxhall Secondary School. Upon finishing School he started working in his dad's Construction Company. While doing so, he started developing a passion for photography. His love and passion for photography, led him to open his own Photo Studio which he named Specmom.
In 1985 Cedric migrated to the United States where he lived in New York City for several years.
He started working in a Lab of a major Photography Studio called Modern Age for a few years. He then continued doing his photography until he relocated to Broward County Florida. He later married his wife Carolina Powell of twenty three years.
Cedric was the oldest of six children, starting in order from Michael White (deceased), Audrey Westgate (Canada), Avril Ewers (Florida), Morris White (New York), Martin White (Florida). Cedric leaves to mourn his wife Carolina six children, Patricia, Donville, Georgette, Leon, Yolanda, and LLoyd, his two sisters and two brothers, grandchildren, great grandchildren, lots of nieces, nephews, and a whole lot of relatives and friends.
Cedric was a great man of Faith and Integrity, Loving and Kind, a Mighty man of Valor and Selfless, he was just a Phenomenal person, whose life has created many wonderful memories and friends.
