Jeannie De Nobriga and Tony Whitehead. He was granted his angel wings on August 9th, 2022.
Dominic completed his primary and secondary education in Trinidad, graduating from St. Mary’s College in 1983 with Advanced Level Papers. He migrated to Florida in 1987 and quickly fell in love with the auto mechanic field through his paternal uncles. He trained as a master mechanic with Massey Yardley and opened his own auto mechanic business, A&D Auto Ac Repair Inc.
Dominic was known to all as the life of the party. He loved to dance and was never shy to speak to anyone, making everyone in attendance feel comfortable in his presence. Among Dominic’s many hobbies, his favorite was traveling - an interest both he and Andrea shared. Together, they have visited a number of countries and islands, eager to learn about the culture and admire the landscape. He would collect souvenirs from each place to serve as a reminder of the great memories made in every location.
He was a true man of God, deciding to follow Jesus Christ as a teenager, and became a member of The New Testament Church of God in Boissiere Trinidad. Upon his passing, he was an active member of The Faith Center Ministry. He loved talking about God and encouraging everyone with scriptures and Godly advice.
He is preceded in death by his father Tony Whitehead.
Dominic was a devoted and faithful husband to Andrea, and a doting and loving father to Dominique. They, along with his mother Jeannie, David, four brothers, one sister, aunts, uncles, cousins, the Sammy and Hinds families, and a host of friends and coworkers will hold the precious memories of Dominic dear in their hearts.
