I had the pleasure of first meeting Elfriede in the summer of 2012.  Elfriede was quite the storyteller.  I distinctly remember the house filling with smiles and laughter as she shared entertaining stories about her past experiences.  I knew at that moment how close she was with her family and just how much they all loved her.  She will be missed by all of us.  My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
