Jeffrey Hophan was not only a loving friend, but a husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. He was the strongest, most loving person, and wished nothing but the best for those around him.

Jeffrey was born on October 3, 1960 in Stoughton, Massachusetts. On July 17, 2019 my father suffered a massive heart attack and underwent a quadruple bypass on July 22, 2019. He started his journey to recovery, even while overcoming coming off double life support. On August 24, 2019 he had an ulcer that perforated through the duodenum causing the need for emergency surgery. The surgery was too much for his heart to withstand and on August 27, 2019 his journey came to an end at age 58 and the good Lord took him home to be with his brother, Ralph Hophan. He leaves behind his wife, Tammy; children, Ashton, Austin, and Shelby Hophan; grandchildren, Camilla and Caylee; siblings, Beverly Douglass and Jennifer Hophan; his father, Ralph Hophan; and several nieces and nephews. He will me missed greatly. The Hophan Family sincerely thanks everyone for their support and love during this devastating time.
