Marie Jean Baptiste
August 9, 1950 – April 28, 2021
MARIE JOSETTE JEAN BAPTISTE was a woman who dedicated her life to helping others. She was very elegant, light-hearted, and caring to everyone she met.
She demonstrated love, compassion, affection hope, and courage.
Josette, known by everyone as TiZette, was born on August 9th, 1950, in Baie-de-Henne, Haiti, to Jeannot Jean Baptiste and Lourde Fleurime. She was raised in Cap-Haitian, later moved to Port-au-Prince where she builds her life and raised her children. In 1999, she migrated to the United States. She was a hard worker who also enjoyed the simplest things in life such as dancing, cooking, shopping. Josette was a devoted mother, a strong woman, a mother to all, an avid Church member.
Josette was called home on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at Lahey Hospital in Massachusetts.
She is survived by: her three daughters and her son. Patricia Ruban, Elianna St Lot, Jonhcia Versailles Larose, Johny Versailles, and her in-laws. Her grandchildren Richenna Princivil, Clauvens Gedeon, Karissa Richard, Karina Larose, Johey Versailles, Josiah Versailles. Her brothers and sisters: Clebert Jean Baptiste, Jean Vernet Jean Baptiste, Huges Jean Baptiste, Foodcol Jean Baptiste, Colbert Jean Baptiste, Queslin Vildorin, Marie Michelle Jean Baptiste, Nadege Victor, and their family. Her aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, her cousins, and their families.
Josette was known for her giving heart, supportive attitude, and hospitality to everyone. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. Her story and love will forever be cherished through those she has touched.
