St. Joseph's High, class of 1962. United States Air Force for 4 years. Broward Community College.

A Time To Love:

Marion met, fell in love with and was united in Holy Matrimony to Theresa Gumren on June 26,1964.

A Time For Fatherhood:

One daughter; Lori Marie Sims and One Son; Troy Jevone Sims. Two grandchildren - Garbriel Joseph Sims and Leah Theresa Sims.

A Time To Work:

United States Air Force, 4 years. Xerox, National Cash Register. Fort Lauderdale Police Officer, 22 years.

A Time To Transition:

On October 27th, 2021 Marion transitioned from this life to his place of rest.

A Time to Remember:

He leaves to cherish his memories along with his wife, children, grandchildren and two sister in laws; Cecilia Griffin and Edwina Shelton. One brother in law; Lemuel Griffin. Marion also left a group of nieces, nephews relative and close friends that he loved, as well as his beloved dog, Riley.
