So many great memories...childhood days up to becoming an adult. A special memory was the first time I visited the United States in 1983. Aunt Mel and Uncle Leonard welcomed us to stay at their home. The close family friendship shared between the Clarks and the McDonalds was just a blessing. I remember going shopping with Aunt Mel and how she made our stay so enjoyable. I will always cherish the times spent with you Aunt Mel***Sleep In Eternal Peace***

Deepest condolences to the Clark family on the loss of your precious Melvina. May God give you strength in this difficult time. Mel was a wonderful lady and friend. I had the pleasure of being her Hair Stylist for many years and her presence was always welcomed. She was forever gracious and pleasant to be around.  We had many discussions about how to grow orchids, one of her many passions and we would often exchange plants and fruits from our gardens. I going to miss you Mel, I still can't believe you're gone, but rest well my  friend in the arms of your Savior, until we meet again on that great day🌹

Profoundest condolences to Dea. Leonard Clarke and his family on the passing of his wife Mel. Beyond a shadow of a doubt Mel was loved and cared for by Dea. Clarke and his family.  God in His wisdom chose to call her home out of all earthly pain and discomfort.  We at First Baptist Church of Sunrise developed a special relationship with her as from time to time she would accompany her husband to special events at the church. Consequently, during her hospitalization, she received many visits from members of the Baptist church.  May God comfort the family during this season of bereavement.
