My beautiful daddy, my first love, I am so proud to be your daughter. Wayne, Carey, and I carry the Wyatt name with honor and pride. Your legacy lives on with us.  I love you. Rest in paradise. Until we meet again.

Rest In Peace to my Brother-in-law Oswald Wyatt. No more suffering and pain. Gone but not forgotten.😇🙏🏽

Ecclesiastes 3:1(NKJV) states:
"To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven."
Seasons change and each has it's  own value. Our  season was the best ever though it was not forever.  You have been a great father, a family man, a caring person for all who knew you. 
You made a mark in your journey here on earth. 
Oswald, you will live on  in great memories that will not fade. You will live on in your legacy, your children, who you loved with all your being.  You live on in the hearts of all who knew you well. 
Sincere sympathy to you family, thanks to all who cared for you in your waning years and days. Praying God's blessings on them.
Rest in Jesus,  Ozzie...see you on the other side in the sweet bye and bye.

I’ve hesitated saying much or writing anything because doing so somehow makes this all real. Thank you for loving my husband and my children as your own. Blood didn’t make us family YOUR unconditional love made US family. 

Watching you transition remains one of the most difficult things for me. I promised to watch over you as I did my own father. I hope you were satisfied with my efforts. 

I miss coming home to see you sitting in the chair watching TV from afar or you speed walking to the kitchen to grab a snack. I’m forever grateful for your teachings in empathy. I’m sure Claude’s dad and mine met and welcomed you at the Gates of Heaven.

Ralphie misses you lots. Jourdin sleeps in your t-shirts on your side of the bed. Well you know how Claude and Jaylen are. They don’t say much. They’re all going to be ok with time. They’ve gained another forever angel who will vigilantly watch over them and guide them. Godspeed Uncle Ozzie until we meet again. May you rest in eternal peace. 

I met you a few times, and you appeared to be such a wonderful person. 🙏RIP.  May Heavenly Father grant my dear cousin (your wife) the peace and comfort she needs at this time to live life without you until that glorious day you both meet again.  For now, "hold him in your heart until you hold him in heaven". 

Some Of My Fondest Memories With My Brother  Oswald
Oswald was the second born to our late mother Hyacinth Thompson.
Growing up Oswald was a very shy, kind and loving brother, not very vocal I should say. While attending school  our older sister Marie had to defend him as he was always being bullied physically by older boys.
But one day he decided to put on his imaginary boxing gloves and defended himself by throwing few punches at one of his opponent, teeth flying blood spurring all over, then he ran home, our mother had to take him to school the next morning to investigate what really happened. Oswald would bring homeless people whom he taught was in any unfortunate situations for food or sometimes to live in our home. Oswald would invite his friends over on Saturday nights he would cook “run boat “ rice & peas brown stew chicken was his main dish, i use to look forward for those Saturday nights menu, he loved cooking “and that he was good at”.
Oswald use to play Jack’s and ludo games with us most time he would win as  he could balance the 12 little stones and marble on the back of his hands, while we had to start from the beginning, so the game always ended with someone being upset of losing, the ludo games oh we had the last laugh, as we all  gang and beat up on him to give him “6 love” we use to have so much fun.
When my brother migrated to the United States and I was still in Jamaica every vacation  he took back home he would visit and check up on me and my children.
The last time I saw my brother was in 2018 when he visited us in New York we talked about the good old day because they were the best of times.
Thanks for leaving me a part of your legacy my 2 handsome nephews Wayne and Carey Wyatt and my beautiful niece Dacia Wyatt who looks just like our mom
I miss you big brother gone but you will never be forgotten.

It is with fond memories I remember Ozzie an amazing friend kind caring loving and compassionate I attended their wedding watched he and Lorna bring their bundle of joy Dacia  then years later Carey was with them when they had their babies blessed at the Red Hills Baptist Church was with them when Ozzie followed the Lord in water Baptism   we will miss his lovely smile may his soul rest in peace. My sincere condolences to the Loved ones left behind      The eternal God is our refuge and underneath are his everlasting arms Deut 33:27.

When I was a little girl we made several trips to Jamaica to visit my Grandma Marion and family. Although it's probably been almost 40 years since I last saw him, he was still "Uncle Ozzie" to me and I always refer to him as such.
I remember watching he and my dad play backgammon on the porch at Grandma's house for hours. He tried to teach me, but unfortunately I never got the hang of it :) 
My sincerest condolences to Dacia, Carey and the rest of the Wyatt family with love and prayers from Bermuda. 

Wyatt. The Lord has taken you home to rest, as you step on God's heavenly highway safely in his arms where you now.  As my husband you were always nurturing, loving and caring.  I couldn't have asked for a better soul mate.  I miss you so much your style and your warm friendly smile.  You're a treasure without  measure.  Trust and believe I will be ok and I know you will be alright as well.  Walking up god's highway as mansions streets paved with gold, So hold your head up and stand tall.  My heart is broken but God knows you had to leave me but you didn't go alone.  A part of me went with you.  To some you will be forgotten, to others just a part of the past, but to me who loved and lost you, your memories will live on. Have no fear God will shelter you from all harm.  Remembering you is so easy I do it every day.  There is an ache in my heart that will never go away. No goodbyes my love only sweet dreams

Hi my name is Lincoln Thompson I have so much fun memory with this loving man call Ozzie growing up as a child turn into a teenage boy I remember my first job . was with Uncle Ozzie.  working in New Kingston. in the Citibank building .the first time taking elevator .first time laying carpet. but my best memory. of uncle Ozzie and Aunt Lorna coming home from work we stopped to pick up Aunt Lorna he went in his bag take out of piece of paper with something wrapped and gave it to Aunt Lorna He said honey this is what I have for lunch but I could not eat all of its I save  a piece for you. it was a piece of ripe banana it was dark but she Smile and took it .she eat it with a smile those are things that I live by today.  that was love he was a very loving and respectful person he contributes a whole lot to my life. on my upbringing I think I'm one of the best husband today because because of what I see in him you sure what a real man should be like may God bless his soul there is so much more I could say you will be greatly missed

My Uncle Ozzie my uncle Ozzie. Oooohhh I wished heaven gave us a little more time on earth with you. We talked about you walking me down the aisle when I get married now who will do so😢. We used to cook together in the kitchen, watch countless movies....even thou I use to say "Uncle Ozzie change back to the first channel nuh because, he would always be switching as a commercial comes on, sometimes we missed out some scenes but Wrestling he don't switch too much when watching that because he love love watching thaaat😁😄. I remembered even going to work with you when u used to lay carpets and be wanting to kicking it, into the groove and you be like Ms Nesbeth that's a man job, I be so eager to even try it , you allowed me to and we laugh afterwards. You were always there for me in any which way you could be.  I am happy I have said thank you many times for being there for me. I don't want if anything happen  and don't get the chance, I I believe in showing and telling oir love ones while we can. Many more memories but I stop here and end with.
