Miss Pearline Millicent Lee, daughter of Ethlyn Marsh and Constantine Lee, was born On November 20, 1931 in Linstead St. Catherine. She departed this life on November 30, 2022 at home with her daughter present. Pearline Lee was a spinster her entire life. A dressmaker by profession, she migrated to America in 1996. She was always willing to babysit for anyone who needed childcare support.
She knew the Lord and was a God fearing woman and jovial and loving to everyone she met. She was a great cook, no one could make a better potato pudding and top it off with what she called, “the hallelujah on top.” Pearline worked hard and sacrificed to raise 6 children.
She is predeceased by daughter Shirley Steele Harris. She leaves behind daughter Marvalene Webb, sons, Peter Syblis, Randolph (Ruddy) Harris, Carlton Harris, and Michael Williams. With no surviving sibling, she has many nieces and nephews. They are Lillian, Rosemary, Sharon, Lorraine, Salomie, Neville, Anita, Jonnie, Calvin, Carlton, Clement, Nigel, Anthony, Donavan and Evan.
Grandchildren near and far away are too many to name…but I am going to attempt…Carilee, Antonio (Junior), Tiffany, Keisha, Demi, Samantha, Ruth, Nickeisha, Tamara, Taree, Ayanna, Kirk, Corrie, Dwayne, Kwame, Jevon, Chad, Narada, O’Neil, Daniel, St. John, Peter, Marlon.
She leaves behind great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, also son-in-law, Norman Webb and daughters-in-law Sharon, Paulette and Rose. Godchildren, mothers of her many grandchildren.
All the family members and offspring as well as her loving friends. She lived a long and rewarding life.
“Mom”, sleep on and take your well-deserved rest, we love you, but God loves you best.
