Sonia Rachel Hussey

Sonia Rachel Hussey, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on September 2, 2025, at the age of 90.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, on April 26, 1935, she lived a life rich in family, friends, and travel, including years living in The Bahamas and England, where she made many friends and lasting memories.

Survived by:

Children: Paul Hussey and Mark Hussey

Daughters-in-law: Maddalena Hussey and Maxine Hussey

Grandchildren: Gabriella, Sacha, and Laila Hussey

Siblings: Marcia Harvey, Karl Benjamin, Paulette Carey, Joan Mair and Andrea Herbert

Predeceased by:

Partner: Alastair Fraser

Ex Husband: John Hussey

Sister: Joy Sajous

All held in loving memory.
