Daddy wish I could call you and hear your voice so you could tell me a joke or tell me the latest news of Puerto Rico or who came by the house.

To my uncle and dad. I will love you forever and wish you an eternity of peace and rest. You have blessed us all with unconditional love, discipline and integrity. I will miss you and will always remember your laughter, words of wisdom and gentleness all in one. Mari, Wendel and family!

 He’s a true inspiration, he treated me like a son and gave me the honor of marrying his daughter. He blessed me with so much fatherly advice and an example of what a father should be.  It was a day like today ( New Year’s Eve) we went on a drive. We went to Cash and Carry supermarket to get some things. As we were walking he looked over to me and asked “what are your intentions with my daughter?” Nervously I looked at him and said. Sir I truly love your daughter and with your permission I would love to marry her. He spoke to me with calm, respectful voice. He gave me advice, not just as daughters father but as man, husband and father. He told me he trusted his daughter’s choice and gave me his blessing. I’m truly heart broken but I know he’s at peace. He will live on in our hearts and souls forever..


My dad is definition of kindness and unconditional love … with So many beautiful memories  I’ll share  these ; When I was a little girl I would purposely hide my Daddy’s very heavy  steel  toe  work shoes so he wouldn’t go to work . I also waiting  excitedly by the window daily around the time he would return from work because I couldn’t wait to see him and get that big hug .I couldn’t tell the time then but somehow  I knew when he was coming home . The bond between dad  and I is beautiful. Our connection is  like no other . So special and genuine.  Then now and forever I will always be his “ baby “ “little girl “ and his  “nina bonita”  and he will always be My everything My hero my Papito del alma
