My Beautiful Aunt Katherine, AKA Lizard. You were such a Joy in my life!!! I remember as a little girl coming to your house. We would all load up in the Opal and go to pick blackberries.
We always had so much fun!! I would have lived with you if I could have!! Anytime I came to Florida, you would welcome me with open arms. Every day with you was special. The last time you came for a visit, I dropped you off at my brothers house to get your ride back home. I cried like a baby going to work just wishing for one last hug. Of course you comforted me as usual saying everything was going to be ok. I never dreamed it would be the last time I saw you on this Earth. Just know my sweet Aunt, I'll be expecting you to meet me when it's my time with your open arms and all of your Love. You will ALWAYS be in my heart until then. Love you my Cousins. I also feel your loss. God Bless you!! I wish I could take your pain away.

Aunt Katharine was such an incredible lady. She had the gift of making anyone in her presence feel special. We road tripped together from IL to FL and ran out of gas in Alabama! I searched for four leaf clovers with her. She was a lucky one! She taught me about money plants. She was like a second grandma to me, even after I lost mine. She definitely left a legacy on us all.

To my nephews; Brandon, Brad, and Joshua....
Grandmothers make the world...a little softer, a little kinder, a little warmer. Your Grandma Katherine loved you dearly, made it a point to be at all of your important events and family gatherings over the years, and was very proud of your accomplishments. You will always remember her warm hugs and sweet memories.
So sorry for your loss.
