She was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on April 24, 1935. She was married to James P. Muncey for 62 years till his passing in 2016. They were devout Seventh Day Adventist. They raised 10 children, 16 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren, all who survived them. Alma is also survived by her sister Patricia Robinson, brother Robert McElhaney, many nieces, nephews, great and other extended family. She was a great mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her family was her life. Forever in our hearts and memories.
A service will be held in Alma's honor on March 15, 2026 at 10am at Tampa First Seventh-day Adventist Church. 822 W Linebaugh Ave, Tampa, FL 33612. A repass to follow at Fellowship Hall.
