She was born in Rincón, Puerto Rico, and was the beloved daughter of Gregoria Ramos Noriega and Santiago Noriega. Angelica lived a life rooted in faith, family, and quiet strength. Those who knew her remember her gentle spirit, warm heart, and the comfort she brought simply by being present.
She is survived by her devoted son, Javier Noriega, his spouse Theràsa Noriega, and her cherished grandson, Julius Noriega, who brought her great joy and pride.
Angelica found peace in reading the Bible and spending time with her family. Her favorite scripture was Psalm 23, which reflected the faith that guided her life:
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”
Her love, wisdom, and prayers will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her. Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit remains forever part of our lives.
A celebration of Angelica’s life will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2026. Please contact the family directly for more information.
Her ashes will be reunited with her parents in Puerto Rico, fulfilling her family’s wishes and honoring her journey home.
