

Beverley Carridice Henry was born on September 6th, 1950, to her Loving parents Harold & Adassa Carridice in Manchester, Jamaica. She grew up with her 10 siblings and is survived by seven siblings, Pastor Leroy Carridice of New York, Noel Carridice of Belize, Doreen Mowatt of New York, Carmen Carridice of New York, Fitz Carridice of New York, Anthony Carridice and Delroy Carridice of Florida.
Sister Beverley attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia Community College & Career Blazers Learning Center in New York City and opened a hair shop African Paradise Beauty in Tampa, Florida. For over two decades working Jointly to deliver activities and programs to enable the hungry to be fed; naked clothed: sick nourished: aged Protected and infants cared for.
It was through this work that Sis Beverley met her husband Glenmore Henry in 2008, when she traveled to Jamaica with Mamma Moses, to deliver donations to the Ethiopian Orthodox Church Home for the aged. She also worked with the Rastafarian Community providing aid and support to those in need.
Sister Beverley / Fekerte Miriam was a Loyal beloved member of the Ethiopian Orthodox Christian Church, who remained steadfast in her faith even throughout good and bad times.
It is said that charity begins at home and Sister Beverley emulates this by the care and attention she delivered to her Family, Church Family, Friends, and her community. In her Spare time, Sister Beverley enjoy writing, it gave her joy, especially if writing about family and friends.
Sister Beverley was preceded in death by her parents Harold Carridice and Adassa Carridice. (Campbell) &, her sisters Winnifred Carridice & Mavis Carridice.
To cherish her memory, Sister Beverley leaves behind her husband Glenmore, her two kids Omar (StarKeisha) and her son Emanuel, 16 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 2 sisters Carmen, Doreen. Brother Pastor Leroy (Norma), Noel (Sandra), Fitz (Colleen), Anthony (Charmaine), Delroy (Donna). A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, a loving extended family, and friends will treasure the memory of Sister Beverley Carridice Henry, The Matriarch of the Carridice Family.
