Billy left Earth for hid Hevenly home in the early morning hours of July 5th, 2020, due to heart issues and kidney failure. If you knew Billy you knew his bigger than life personality, quick witt, sense of humor, infectious laugh, heart of gold, generous living nature and love for life, travel and outdoors. He came from humble beginnings which inspired his drive for success and spawned his philanthropy. If he knew of a need he would do what was necessary to help. From giving homeless people food or driving them to shelter, he would see that children needed food, clothing or shoes and he would purchase the needed item, if you were in the grocery store check out and came up short he would pay for your groceries, if you were law enforcement or military at a restaurant he would pick up your check, he would give anyone a chance, and if he saw a woman or child being abused you saw his darker side. He donated to many charitable organizations and when COVID created economic hardship he would instruct his crews to give major discounts or not to charge at all, and Billy set up a Relief Fund through his church. Billy wanted to Bless other as he had been Blessed.
Billy was CEO of ASAP Advanced Septic & Drainage Inc and was a past president of the Hillsborough County branch of the Florida Onsite Wastewater Association. He was held in high regard by his peer and competitors, as well as most people thst met him, he was dearly loved by his family and friends. Billy will be deeply missed by all that knew him. He left this world a better place for having been here. He was truly a great man.
