Brian Lee Leniton

September 8, 1956 – September 16, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brian Lee Leniton, who passed away surrounded by family on September 16, 2024 at the age of 68. Brian was born on September 8, 1956 in Des Moines, Iowa to Cynthia Sue Jenkins and Walter Maurice Leniton.

Brian was a beloved father, husband, grandpa, brother, and friend who was known for his love for his wife, children, family and friends. He had a passion for carpentry, the outdoors, wood working, electronics, and music. He touched the lives of so many with his career as a home builder. He has never met a stranger, was always the first to lend a hand. His kind heart and generosity was deeply loved by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Maria Karina Rodriguez Leniton; his daughter, Lauren Welch and his son in law, Adam Welch; son, Elliott Leniton and his daughter in law, Shawna Leniton; daughter, Camille Lention, and and his grandchildren, Beckham Welch, Bronx Welch, and Everett Leniton; his siblings, Doug Leniton and Linda Leniton, along with countless friends and extended family who cherished his presence in their lives.

Brian’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed.

A visitation for Brian will be held Friday, September 20, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Blount & Curry FH-Carrollwood, 3207 W Bearss Ave, Tampa, FL 33618, followed by a memorial service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
