VICARI, Maria Carmen “Honey” 86, of Tampa, passed away Aug. 20, 2016. She was married 31 years to Augustine “Nicko” Vicari. Honey was a strong, sweet, loving woman who enjoyed cooking, family gatherings, and always made you feel at home. She was a domestic housekeeper for two prominent families in Tampa for over thirty years.
