MILLER, Carole A., of Tampa, Florida, formerly of New Milford, Connecticut, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2021 surrounded by the love of her family. Born May 27, 1941, she was preceded in death by her parents, Alan Heady and Marie Heady; and by her husband, Arnold K. Miller. She is survived by their children; Denise (Jeff) Gjerswald, Christine (John) Morrison, Kathleen (Gerald) Pellegren, Gayle (Greg) Findlen, and Alan K. Miller; grandchildren, Kelly Velez-Cuevas, Tyler Pellegren, Laura Ho, Nicole Pellegren, Rachael Westridge; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Marie Heady, Joan Sepot, Alan Heady; and many nieces and nephews.
After their move to Florida Carole, for many years, ran the family café business’ and later retired from the Publix grocery store chain. What she loved most was spending time with her growing family. She will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held 3 p.m. Friday, August 20, 2021 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, on line at www.nmss.org or ALS Association www.als.org/florida.
