GONZALES, Charlotte Ann, 72, a Tampa native, peacefully passed away January 29, 2018. She had a fulfilling career with the Hillsborough County Sheriff Office, from which she retired. In her free time she enjoyed reading magazines a listening to country music, especially Blake Shelton. Charlotte is preceded in death by Wendell Lee Flanders, a son who passed in infancy, her parents and siblings. She is survived by sons; Houston Flanders, Jr, Tim Flanders and wife Imelda, daughters; Julie Dunn and husband Mike, Theresa Herrera and husband Daniel, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, extended family and friends. A visitation will be held from 12 noon -1 pm, with a funeral service starting at 1 pm, Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, 4207 E Lake Ave, Tampa, FL 33610.
