Charlotte VanKleeck

Charlotte R. Van Kleeck, 86, the beloved wife of the late James B. Van Kleeck, died on Sunday, January 24, 2016 at the Melech Hospice Home in Temple Terrace, FL. A native of Norwalk, CT, Charlotte was the daughter of the late Walter B. Raymond and Johanna W. Raymond. She was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy R. Swanson and her brother, Walter B. Raymond, Jr. Before moving to Tampa, FL she had lived many years in Vero Beach, FL. She loved to sew and listen to music. Survivors include her son, James B. Van Kleeck, Jr. of Tampa, FL; her daughter, Linda Van Kleeck Head (James) of Aiken, SC; her granddaughter, Heather Lyn Ely and great-grandson, Dylan James Ely of Aiken, SC. Charlotte's family wishes to express their gratitude to the Melech Hospice House. The family will receive friends at Blount & Curry Funeral Home Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W. Bearss Ave., Tampa, FL 33618 on Friday, January 29, 2016 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, with the funeral service following at 4:00 pm.
