

Clayton Zwak Sr., a proud Marine, devoted husband, and steadfast family man, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2026. Born on August 31, 1939, Clayton lived a long, honorable life defined by service, hard work, and unwavering love for his family.
After his military years, he built a long and respected career as a diesel mechanic, retiring after decades of dedicated work marked by skill, reliability, and quiet pride.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Marie and Jack Zwak, two brothers, Norman Zwak, Kenneth Zwak, 1 Sister, Janet Donaldson and by his loving wife Janet of 49 years, who was his greatest companion.
Clayton is survived by 3 brothers, Lloyd Zwak, Jerald Zwak (Lynn) and Dale Zwak his two children, Clayton Zwak Jr. (Peggy) and Nia Ray (Tommy), who will forever hold his guidance and steady presence close to their hearts. He was a proud grandfather to four grandchildren: Shannon Smith (Ken), Sarah Alexander (Justin), Ryan Wilson, and Zachary Zwak (Brittany). His legacy continues through his nine great-grandchildren—Logan, Bryant, Ava, Brooklyn, Chloe,
Brendan, Phoenix, Cayden, and Harper—each of whom brought him joy and deep pride.
Clayton’s life was shaped by resilience, loyalty, and a quiet strength that made those around him feel supported and safe. His memory will live on in the stories shared, the lessons passed down, and the generations he helped shape. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
