David was born in Pittsburgh, PA to Elsie Anderson and Charles Minick on September 2, 1939. He married his
High school sweetheart Dian James on December 6,1958 in Pittsburgh. David worked as a ticket counter
supervisor for Northwest Airlines. He was involved in the Tampa Interline club and enjoyed socializing and
traveling with others in the industry.
David is preceded in death by his parents and siblings Chuck, Jack, Don, and Geri as well as his son-in-law
Bob Jolly. He is survived by his loving wife Dian, daughters Sandy Jolly and Kelly Lyn, grandchildren
Kayleigh and John Owens, Corey Lyn, and Stephanie Lyn.
