Dearest Friend Joni, Matt, Damon and your Family and Friends,
Our friendship goes back through the years before George was Best Man for Bill at our wedding. Over those long years we've shared both happy times as well as losses so great that have left us with deep sorrows in our hearts. I've shared your tears for Christine, for George, and now Diane, and you have shared my tears for Bill, and recently for the loss of my son Todd born the same year as Diane.---All our shared tears not only strengthen the bonds of love we each hold in our hearts for our families, but also our friendship which has sustained and encouraged us through the difficult and tough times of our lives. Jesus loves you and Matt and Damon, and so do I. I remain forever connected with you through friendship and love.

I have been part of the Soltis family for many years. We have shared the good and the bad together. We have been there for each other through thick and thin.
Diane was like a daughter to me, I loved her and will surely miss her special charm.

Aunt Joan, Cousin George, Damon, I am truly heartbroken to hear of Diane’s passing. We always think we will have more time. More time to get together. More time to spend with family. I am so sorry that I let so many years go by without seeing Diane. May Diane Rest In Peace with Uncle George and Chris. ❤️❤️

I was shocked to hear the news about Diane. She was a friend that I met through Sonya Brookover. We had lots of fun and lots of laughs at many Saturday lunches. She will be missed. My deepest sympathies to you and your family.

First, please let me extend my deeply felt condolences. Diane and I were "far away" friends. We always laughed when we got together, which I am sad to say was too few times. I met Diane the very first time when she and Sonya Lilly Brookover were roommates - a long time ago. I felt we had become instant friends. Again, I am so sorry for your loss. But, she's at peace and we now have another angel watching over us.

Joni and Damon,

Too young to be taken away so soon. God called you two to be with her upon her passing. She will be greeted by her Father and Sister!
I will say extra prayers on the day of the funeral. Praying for strength for the family to get through this difficult time.
Love, Patti and Buz

Oh Diane I am going to miss you so much! Your smile always lit up a room and I remember the first day we met. I knew we would be friends forever! You have always been there for me and I want you to know I will never forget it or you! I especially remember the way you used to make me lasagna. You'd made a huge spread and always make sure you had leftovers for me. You knew I loved your cooking! I will miss our lunches and shopping together. We both always had a huge smile on our face after we bought more shoes. A woman can never have too many pairs of shoes. I especially remember you being my roommate at Carlton Arms North. You were the best roommate ever and you always helped with the cleaning and mostly the cooking. I can't believe you have left so soon in life my dear sweet friend. Thank you for always listening to me and being such a good friend and keeping our secrets! I will never forget you girl and I already miss you. But please know that I will see you in heaven one day. May peace be with you and your family during this most difficult time.
