Doris Fay Gilstrap Lang, age 88, passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2015 in Tampa, FL. A proud Texas native, she was born on April 15, 1927 in Breckenridge, TX to Aubrey Lewis Gilstrap and Agee Violet Adams. Doris grew up in Big Spring, TX and has always loved big sky country. She met her future husband, Neil Lang in San Antonio and married on January 11, 1948 in Seguin, TX. Neil's job with Graybar Electric led them to many cities but they finally settled in Tampa, FL. Doris embraced the Florida Sunshine. She was a real estate agent for Watson Realty for a number of years. She is predeceased by her husband, Neil Lang, her sister, Dorothy Stearnes, her 2 brothers, Cecil Gilstrap and Raymond Gilstrap. She is survived by her son and wife, Ronald and Linda Lang; her son and wife, Kenneth and Gail Lang; her daughter, Susan Lang and partner, Wyn Burriss, and her 2 grandchildren, Chris and Brenna Lang. Doris lived her life with a passion for her family and friends and will be sorely missed.
