Elizabeth graduated from Akron City Schools, started a career in insurance at Allstate then Metropolitan where she was promoted to Claims Manager/Director, which led her to Tampa, Fl. After retiring from Metropolitan, she was recruited by USAA, where she retired as a Claims Adjuster.
Elizabeth had a passion for Chicago Stepping and often toured the United States. Elizabeth had a heart for politics, volunteering for Big Brothers/Big Sisters, donating to local charities and dear pets; Dino and Darby. She was preceded in death by her parents; Leon and Anna May Love, brothers, Leon Love, Jr. and Andrew Love.
Left to cherish her memories are; Larry, her beloved husband of 30 years, devoted daughters; Lisha (Dwayne) West, Erika Williams, brother; James “David” Love, sister- in- law; Rebecca Love, grandchildren; Stephen Wells, Lisha Williams, Shurelle Stewart, Morgan Hall, and Meghan Hall, great granddaughter; Olivia Williams, nephews; Damon (Crystal) Love, Jason (Stephanie) Love, and James Love, great niece; Bianca Love, great nephews; Jadon Love and Gabriel Love, and a host of extended family and friends.
A visitation will be held at 12pm, with a funeral service conducted at 1pm, Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, 4207 E. Lake Ave., Tampa, FL 33610. Interment to follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
