

Ellis Blosfield Jr was born Tampa, Florida to Ellis A. Blosfield Sr & Evelyn L. Blosfield on June 9th, 1943. He attended local schools in Tampa, Florida. Early in life he was married to Martha Allison of Boston, Mass. for over 20 Years. Although their relationship turned out to be less permanent than expected, they successfully raised two exceptional children. Later in life he married Linda Blosfield, originally from New York, in Tampa, Florida and raised another child to become a remarkable mother and parent. He worked as a Master Clocksmith for over 50 years in the family business at Blosfield’s Clock Center. He was a US Navy Veteran honorable serving his country during the Cuban Missile Crisis and other Naval deployments during the early 1960’s. He was a passionate Florida Outdoorsman and Fisherman who loved the natural beauty of nature of the Land and Sea.
Ellis Albert Blosfield Jr is preceded in death by his parents, Ellis A. Blosfield Sr & Evelyn L. Blosfield.
Ellis Blosfield Jr is survived by his current spouse of over 20 years, Linda Blosfield; His children: Ellis Blosfield III and Wife Wende Wilkerson-Blosfield, Angel Blosfield-Fields & Husband Tom Fields, Lisa Carlson & Husband Donald Carlson Jr; His Brother Don Blosfield & Wife Ann Blosfield, Sister Debra Blosfield-Graff & Husband Gordon Graff and Brother William Blosfield; Including nine Grandchildren and four Great-Grandchildren; as well many nieces, nephews, cousins and close family friends.
Due the current pandemic restrictions, no public services will be held at this time.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials donations from family and friends may be given to the Paralyzed Veterans of America or the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
The family of Ellis Albert Blosfield Jr wishes to extend our sincere thanks to All the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of the James A. Haley VA Hospital for all the devoted medical care they provided so that he could enjoy a healthy and dignified life in his final years.
