Eugenio is survived by his wife, Noemi Rolon; children, Norma, Lillian, Eugene, Richard, Ralph, Eric, Derek, Shera, Mark, and Crystal; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and siblings, Lydia, Jose, Roberto, and Julio. He is preceded in death by his two sisters, Maria and Ana.
Eugenio was born on September 14, 1937 in Aibonito, Puerto Rico to parents, Eugenio Rolon Sr. and Julia Mateo. He relocated to New York and worked for the transit system for 25 years. Eugenio was a great family man, loving father and grandfather. His family remembers him as the fun, loving and comedic 'life of the party'. He always loved to make us laugh. Eugenio enjoyed sports; his favorite team was the New York Yankees. He was also an avid student of the Bible.
