Giocondo Jr., Francis James, 76, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Tampa on Tuesday, September 3, 2014. He was preceded in death by his son, Richard. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Judy; children, Katherine, Lucy, Mark Steven, Nancy and Michael; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother, Leonard; along with many other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the Trail Tree Project – Mountain Stewards www.Mountainstewards.org Frank enjoyed the outdoors, all types of hunting and always maintained a keen interest in learning new hobbies. In his spare time, he was a range officer at Dade City Rod and Gun Club. He was also a Navy Seabee, construction project manager, avid outdoorsman and naturalist.
